Chole Bhature

Chole Bhature is the famous food of India.

Basically, it's a famous food in Delhi.

You can make it at home very easily and this is very tasty food you eat once and you want to eat it again and again.


For making Chole Bhature you need some 

Chole(chickpeas) you have to leave it in water overnight. 

INGREDIENTS OF CHOLE BHATURE. 

You need 

∆ 2 cup soaked overnight chole(chickpeas). 

∆ 1 Teaspoon Jeera (cumin). 

∆ 2 Chopped onion 🧅. 

∆ 1Tablespoon ginger. 

∆ 1/4 cup tomato 🍅 you can take chopped or puree. 

∆3 Teaspoon coriander powder. 

∆ salt as required. 

∆ 5 cloves of garlic 🧄. 

∆ 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder. 

∆ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. 

∆ 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder. 

∆11/2 Teaspoon chana masala. 

Now we will know the internet wich is used in making Bhatura (DOUGH). 

∆1 Cup Meada (all purpose flour).

∆Salt as required. 

∆3 Teaspoon curd(yoghurt). 

∆1/4Teblespoo  of Aata (wheat flour). 

∆Refined oil as required. 

Now we put the chole(chickpeas) in pressur cooker and cook it for 15-20 minut. 

After pressure cooker put a pan(krahi) on gas. 

Do the pre heat the pan then put the oil in it. 

After heating the oil put 1 teaspoon cumin seed and cook it for 1minut.

After that put the chopped onions in it and cook it until the onion gets light brown. 

After it put all spices and pressure cooked chole(chickpeas) and cook it until you got the smell of cooked spices. Afterthat put some water in it and leav it for 5minuts then put the chole masla in it mix it and coler it for 2 minut

At the end put the chopped coriander leaves. Now you're chole(chickpeas) is ready. 

Bhature

Mix all the ingredients well thean made a dough of it and make a midium size balls and spread it properly and deep fry in oil. 

Now you can serv it.
