Ingredients,
1)you need some gajar(carrot)1or2kg.
2)milk for1kg gajar you need 1leater milk you can take caw or buffalo milk.
3)Kaju(cashew), kissmis, Badam(Almond), Ilaichee(cardamon)and some khoya(condensed milk).
4)chini(sugar).
5)Ghee(melted butter)250gm.
Recipe
Firstly you have to kaddukas(grate)the carrots, then preheateat the pan(karahi)put the melted butter in it then put all the greeted carrots in it,
Then mix, it well now put the pan cover on it
You have to mix it every 2to3minat for almost half an hour then pour the milk, sugar and all the nuts in it, Now mix it well then you have to cook it for another half an hour when you got the sweet smell then pick the ilaichee(cardamon)and mash it then put it in the halwa. now put the khoya(condensed milk)
Cook it for 5minat now you can serve it.
